Preparation Method:

1.2-Methoxybenzoic acid is reacted with anhydrous sodium acetate to obtain 2-[(2-methoxyphenyl) amino] acetic acid.
2.2-[(2-Methoxyphenyl)amino] acetic acid is reacted with hydrazine to give 2-[(2-Methoxyphenyl)amino]acetohydrazide.
